We received our Firefox12 stove as promised. Just wanted to say what a BRILLIANT service you've provided. The website information was spot on, when I phoned to speak with someone I got a pleasant, cheery and helpful response, nothing was too much bother. The stove was really well packaged and everything was as ordered. You were able to be flexible/negotiable with the order which was great, and a nice surprise! The stove is fantastic - even better than we'd hoped! The delivery person phoned us an hour before he expected to arrive, and he was really pleasant and helpful. We chose Stoves Are Us because the price, whilst not the lowest, worked out best value for money when you added in the free delivery and free offers. You worry when you go for economy that there might be a cost in customer service, but that's certainly not been the case with yourselves.
