What you see is what you pay

No hidden extras. All prices shown include VAT and most include delivery (delivery charge to UK Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire and the Scottish Islands, for fireplaces and most orders under £100).

Order Status

After you have ordered online, you can log in again to see the progress of your order. We try to keep order status updated and keep you informed by email. We deliver from two warehouses, one near our showroom (Warehouse A) and the other some miles away (Warehouse B).

Finding what you want

There several ways to look for our products:

Look in the departments of the on-line store

At the top left of the page, click an entry in the list of Departments. For example, Stoves. Inside that department, you can choose between different sorts of stoves (such as Electric or Flueless Gas). Inside that department you can see the products we sell.

Choose a manufacturer

Just below the Departments list, there is a Manufacturers drop-down list, with all the makers whose products we offer for sale. Click one to see all their products on offer.

Quick Find

Enter a maker or model name in the box then click the magnifying glass icon to search for all products that match. For more search options, click Advanced Search.

Product lists

Sort the product list by clicking on the column header. The selected order is marked with a + (or a - for reverse order). Click the model name or picture to see the details of that item.

Buying

Information

Please read the the pages listed under the Information heading (on the left). Click Buy Now or Add To Trolley to add a product to your Shopping Trolley. Trolley Contents shows what you have selected (and you can amend quantities or remove unwanted items).

When you are ready, click Checkout.

Payment

You can pay by cheque or with any of the major credit or debit cards. We regret that we cannot accept American Express cards.

Your details

Obviously, we need your name, address and phone number for delivery. We need your email address so that we can confirm your order. We encourage you to choose a password so that you don't have to enter address details in future, and can return to track your current and previous orders, but you don't have to!

Security

You will be passed to our payment processor's secure server, where your card details are taken safely and securely (look for the padlock at the bottom of your browser window).
