We received our Firefox12 stove as promised. Just wanted to say what a BRILLIANT service you've provided. The website information was spot on, when I phoned to speak with someone I got a pleasant, cheery and helpful response, nothing was too much bother. The stove was really well packaged and everything was as ordered. You were able to be flexible/negotiable with the order which was great, and a nice surprise! The stove is fantastic - even better than we'd hoped! The delivery person phoned us an hour before he expected to arrive, and he was really pleasant and helpful. We chose Stoves Are Us because the price, whilst not the lowest, worked out best value for money when you added in the free delivery and free offers. You worry when you go for economy that there might be a cost in customer service, but that's certainly not been the case with yourselves. I'm not sure if you have a customer comments area on your website, but just a quick note to say how happy I am with my Evergreen stove. Contact and delivery was superb, and now the stove is in, we can't believe how efficient it is compared to the old coal fire! Over the last eighteen months I have purchased two multi-fuel stoves from "Stoves R Us" and the service has been second to non. The on-line site is extensive, clear and very informative giving me the opportunity to research at home a wide selection of stove manufacturers. I found the back-up information to each product very helpful particularly the measurements being in both imperial and metric. Stoves R Us delivery arrangements are spot on and despite my having to telephone the courier several times to change the delivery date it was no trouble. Hi I purchased a Aga much wenlock stove from you a month ago and would just like to say how happy i am with the service you have supplied me . I was expecting the stove to be good and it is ! however i would like to say that your customer service was fantastic , Your sales adviser Karen was great when i ordered over the phone as i wasnt to sure about using the online service . The free stove pipe and register plate were good quality and are now all fitted. Your delivery guys delivered "as and when "they said they would which is pleasing because so many dont !! . The first one was for a Villager Chelsea Log Burner which was delivered on time, no hassle and working beautifully in our home within 48 hours. On the strength of that I ordered from you an Aarrow Acorn Multifuel Stove on behalf of my son which was similarly fitted within 48 hours in his nearby home. Both stoves are working superbly and we are both very satisfied.
