The DeLonghi DSR927DFX dual fuel range cooker has been designed for large family kitchens.
The professional square gas cook top includes 5 responsive brass gas burners including two 4kW wok burners and one 4,2kW Dual burner with simmer flame allowing full control when cooking. Each burner is fitted with an auto ignition and flame safety device to ensure added safety when cooking. The heavy duty cast iron pan supports provide a steady base to boil, simmer and cook your favourite meals and the 80mm stainless steel splashback helps to protect your walls from any splashes.
With a large capacity of 120 litres the DSR927DFX allows you to batch cook with ease. Impressive energy efficiency is matched by powerful performance, equipped with an electronic multinational oven with 10 cooking functions and an accurate electronic temperature control (300° max temperature reach), the DSR927DFX ensures amazing results.This impressive oven also includes a soft close door, halogen oven lights, telescopic oven shelves, sliding Rotisserie with 90° shaft drive and double fork and a mechanical minute minder for peace of mind when cooking. The triple glass oven door has a removable inner panel for easy cleaning and the special enamel coating on the internal liners makes it easy to wipe away any grease or food residue.
Located underneath the oven of the DeLonghi DSR927DFX is a small storage compartment with a drop down door, perfect for storing kitchen utensils.

True Fan Cooking
With the heating element located around the fan, you can cook many kinds of food on different levels without mixing flavours and smells. This function is great for foods that need to be well cooked but at the same time need to stay tender and moist.
Bread Proving
In this position, only the upper heating element is switched on. Heat is distributed by natural convection and the temperature is regulated at 40°C.
Fan Assisted Grilling
The power of fan-assisted grilling within a DeLonghi oven cavity will speed up overall cooking time. This cooking function is ideal for gratin dishes where you want the food to be thoroughly cooked without burning the surface or topping.
Convection Cooking
When convection cooking the heat is distributed from the top and bottom of your DeLonghi cooker. This is a fantastic solution for roasting and baking foods like pizza and cakes.
Base Heat Only
The heat comes from the lower element within your DeLonghi cooker and is used primarily for food that needs a higher temperature at its base, such as cakes, pies, quiches and pastries.
Defrost Function
No more need for a microwave! The defrosting function operates the fan only without any heating. The even circulation of the air inside the oven results in a rapid defrosting of frozen foods.
