The ILVE Roma PD106WE3/MG is the ultimate versatile range cooker designed to appeal to experienced chefs or bakers thanks to it's cooking potential and spacious ovens along a beautiful design and construction that is sure to stand out in your kitchen. The matt graphite finish has a contemporary look to it and the contrast of stainless steel handles and control knobs make it an eye-catching piece.
The main left hand oven on this cooker has a 65 litre capacity and comes equipped with an amazing 15 cooking functions at your disposal. With the steam discharge vent, you can control the ovens humidity by eliminating condensation when cooking a high water-based dish like a stew or by retaining the moisture when baking bread. The oven includes two dual-height halogen lighting for perfect visual control. The pizza setting recreates a traditional pizza furnace at 300 degrees. The right hand oven has 5 cooking functions and a 57 litre capacity. Both ovens include specially designed rotisserie, perfect for cooking joints of meat. The range cookers baking setting uses a circular fan element to distribute heat evenly.
The hob consists of 6 high quality brass burners which are coated in an easy clean black nanotechnology which are durable and highly resistant to fire. One of the hobs is a double-ring gas burner which has a high heat output and it designed for using large pans or woks when cooking at high heat.

What Size Range Cooker?
Freestanding cookers come in different widths, usually, 60cm, 90cm, 100cm and 110cm so you’ll need to measure the space in your kitchen to find the right one. We recommend checking the depth of the space and adding on a couple of centimetres to allow for gas pipes or electrical sockets. Most cookers will require a 32 amp outlet unless it’s a gas range cooker.
