The Stoves Sterling S900DF has an enormous total usable capacity of 172 itres. This is all thanks to the Titan™ tall fanned oven which has a staggering 94 litre capacity. This oven is perfect for batch baking or cooking multiple dishes at once as it's fanned system doesn't allow flavour transfer and provides an even heat throughout the whole cavity. The other main oven on the S900DF is a multifunction oven with 11 cooking functions. In this oven you can defrost, grill, slow cook and prove bread to perfection. The third oven at the top left is a small conventional oven with a full width grill and comes with Stove's Maxi-Grill™.

The hob on the Sterling S900DF has 5 gas burners, each of different sizes to cover a wide range of pots and pans. These burners are protected by cast iron pan supports to offer a sturdy surface. There is also a cast iron griddle plate which sits securely over your pan supports and features both a ridged and flat surface. With the ridged side you can cook meat, fish and vegetables to perfection, with that authentic seared effect and the flat side is an ideal hotplate for cooking eggs and pancakes.
