Does the Burley Halstead have a fan, if so where is it positioned? Where are the on/off switches/dials located?

The Burley Halstead 292 electric fire basket has an integrated fan heater positioned at the front of the fire with a 1kw and 2kw heat output option. The manual controls are located behind the front of the fire.
