The Ooni Karu 12G is the most advanced multi-fuel pizza oven on the market. This innovative pizza oven has been loaded with new technology to make your pizza cooking experience as easy and effective as possible. The Karu 12G now features an insulated borosilicate glass door that lets you watch your pizza without opening the door and releasing heat. The Ooni ClearView™ technology prevents soot and ash build-up on the glass door.
Fill the Karu 12G's extra large fuel tray with wood or charcoal for a traditional wood-fired experience, or attach a gas burner (sold separately) for easy propane-fueled baking that uses 36% less gas than previous models. The Karu 12G has the capacity to reach up to 500°C in just 15 minutes and can make excellent 12" pizza in less than 60 seconds. Monitor Ooni Karu 12G's ambient temperature with the integrated thermometer for the perfect bake, every time.
The SureGrab™ door handle stays cool to the touch, even while the oven blazes at 500°C. It is extremely lightweight, allowing you to take it wherever you go.
