The 500mm Testing Length - 5" Twinwall Flue (125mm) is a high-quality insulated chimney component designed for testing and inspection applications within twin wall flue systems. Suitable for use with solid fuel and gas appliances, it is ideal for wood-burning stoves, gas coal effect fires, and a wide range of other solid fuel heating appliances. Its insulated twin wall construction helps maintain efficient flue gas temperatures while supporting safe and reliable operation.

Manufactured from premium materials, the outer wall is made from 0.4mm thick 304 grade stainless steel with a high-temperature black finish, while the inner wall is constructed from 0.4mm thick 316 grade stainless steel for excellent corrosion and heat resistance. Compressed rockwool insulation with a density of 200kg/m³ provides outstanding thermal performance, and all components are fully welded for strength and durability. A Locking Band is supplied to securely connect each section, and a minimum 50mm clearance must always be maintained between the outside of the flue and any combustible materials, such as timber or plasterboard, for safe installation.
