The HUB II from Everdure by Heston Blumenthal offers the same great features as the original model with the addition of touch control switch up/down rotisserie poles which can be adjusted to the desired height. It also comes with the patented Cliplock Forks™ which guarantees everything from chickens to suckling pigs are kept firmly in place on the rotisserie rod as it turns.
The Hub II gives the ultimate barbecuing experience it has a large cooking area and easy charcoal management for optimum heat management. The Everdure Hub II includes the "ready to cook" fast flame ignition system which features an electric element, this system ensures that the charcoal is burning at the correct temperature within 10 minutes ensuring fast and perfect cooking results.
The Hub II includes a 40Kg capacity rotisserie system with rotiscope technology. Powered by a motor the Rotiscope Technology™ allows you to set up a top of the line rotisserie in moments. The 'Set and forget' electronic system allows you to set the grill at the right temperature for a certain amount of time, you can then carry on with your day and let the HUB II take care of perfectly slow roasting your food ready for when you need it.
The Everdure Hub includes a large storage space located behind 2 double lined doors underneath the grill, an easy to clean porcelain enamel firebox, chrome grills with cool touch handles and a retractable 1.5 metre power cord.

Built-In Rotisserie
Pictured is the patented Rotiscope technology which is a rotisserie that allows you to cook over coals at three different heights. The height of the rotisserie can be adjusted manually or electronically on the HUB II. The clip-lock forks keep your food in place, they gently turn your food and are powered by a discrete motor hidden away in the body.
